After a car accident, it can be difficult to assess the extent of your injuries right away. Even if you feel fine immediately after the crash, adrenaline may cloud your ability to recognize pain or injury. Serious accidents are unfortunately common, and if you were hurt because of a distracted or careless driver, it is essential to seek emergency medical attention as soon as possible. Delaying treatment not only jeopardizes your health but can also affect any potential claims you make for compensation. Insurance companies may question your injuries if you do not seek immediate medical care, making it harder to receive the compensation you deserve.
