Even if you feel fine immediately after the incident, adrenaline can mask the true extent of your injuries, making it harder to understand how seriously you are hurt. Serious car accidents happen often, and if you were injured by a distracted or careless driver, it is crucial to seek medical help right away. Delaying medical treatment can hurt your claim, as insurance companies may question the severity of your injuries if you wait too long.
