Kentwood, MI – Injury Wreck Reported on Broadmoor Ave

Kentwood, MI (June 4, 2024) – On June 3, a car crash took place in the Kentwood area that sent an unknown number of people to area hospitals with injuries. The police were notified of the accident at around 3:55 p.m. on that day.

Police reports show that a vehicle collision blocked the left lane of travel on Broadmoor Avenue southbound near 52^nd Street. The Michigan Department of Transportation reported significant delays throughout the area. Upon receiving the emergency call, responders arrived at the accident scene and promptly closed off the affected roadway. Medical responders also quickly reached the crash site to provide care for the injured victims. One of the individuals involved in the crash sustained injuries requiring further medical attention and was taken by EMS to a nearby medical facility. Presently, the police department is actively investigating the incident.
