Detroit, MI (May 15, 2024) - The Detroit Police Department and firefighters were notified that they were needed at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred during the afternoon of Tuesday, May 14.
At approximately 1:55 p.m., vehicles collided on Lonyo Street near McGraw Avenue. The police and firefighters closed down the roadway while working to clear the vehicles. EMS was requested on-site to care for injured victims. Multiple EMS units responded to treat victims and transport them to area hospitals. The accident is under investigation.
