Grand Haven Twp., MI – Three Hurt in Head-On Crash on Mercury Dr

Grand Haven Twp., MI (April 10, 2024) – Several people were transported to area hospitals with injuries as a result of an automobile accident that occurred in Ottawa County. The incident was reported to law enforcement at around 145 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9.

According to official reports, a head-on collision occurred on Mercury Drive near Bignell Drive. One of the involved vehicles spun out and struck a third vehicle, which was driven by an 86-year-old woman from grand Haven. The involved vehicles were moderately damaged due to the accident. At least one had to be towed from the scene. The 86-year-old woman and two additional victims, identified as a 50-year-old woman and a 38-year-old woman, were all transported to area hospitals for emergency care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
