Flint, MI – Injury Accident Reported on James P Cole Blvd at Garfield Ave

Flint, MI (March 6, 2024) – On March 6, officers with the Flint Police Department assisted firefighters at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place during the morning hours and ended in injuries. Calls for help were received at approximately 10:45 a.m.

According to law enforcement reports, vehicles collided on James P Cole Boulevard, prompting the closure of the roadway near Garfield Avenue. Emergency medical services responded to treat injured victims while at the scene. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. Police and firefighters remained at the scene for a significant amount of time while working to clear the road. At this time, the police department is investigating.
