Flint, MI (February 7, 2024) – The Flint Township Police Department confirmed that a man from Burton, Michigan, lost his life as a result of a fatal collision that occurred on Monday morning, just February 5. The incident was reported to law enforcement at around 11:35 a.m.
According to reports from the police, a man was driving north on Ballenger Highway when his vehicle collided head-on with a second vehicle at the intersection of Miller Road. The two vehicles were damaged and had to be towed from the scene. The man was rushed to an area hospital for emergency care. Authorities confirmed that he passed away after arriving. The driver of the second vehicle, a 45-year-old from Grand Blanc, Michigan, was treated for minor injuries. At this time, the crash is under investigation.
