Sterling Heights, MI (January 12, 2024) – The Michigan State Police responded to the scene of a car crash that took place in the Sterling Heights area and ended in injuries. At around 6:25 p.m. on January 11, authorities were notified that assistance was needed at the scene of a crash on 17 Mile Road.

Official reports show that a collision blocked the eastbound side of the roadway near Mound Road. Delays in traffic were reported between Mound Road and Highway 53 as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
