Midland, MI (January 10, 2024) – First responders were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place in Midland on Tuesday afternoon and ended in injuries. 911 dispatchers received calls for assistance at approximately 3:50 p.m. on January 9.

Michigan State Police reports indicate that a collision between vehicles occurred on South Poseyville Road in the area near East Laporte Road. Emergency officials responded to the site of the collision and immediately shut down the roadway. Police and firefighters remained at the scene for an extended period as they worked to remove the involved vehicles from the scene. At least one of the people involved in the crash was injured and transported to a local medical facility by ambulance. The accident is currently under investigation.
