Macomb, MI (December 31, 2023) – A crash was reported in Macomb on Friday evening that sent an unknown number of people to area hospitals for emergency medical care. The automobile collision occurred at approximately 5:20 p.m. on December 29.
Reports provided by the police out of Macomb County indicate that a red minivan and an unknown number of vehicles occurred in the area of 18 Mile Road and Van Dyke Avenue. The force of the collision caused the minivan to go off the roadway and come to rest in a grassy field. Emergency medical services were summoned to the crash site to care for the injured victims and to provide them with transportation to local hospitals. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
