Dundee, MI (December 21, 2023) - Officers with the Michigan State Police responded to the scene of a vehicle collision in Monroe County that resulted in injuries. Calls for help came in regarding an automobile accident on US Highway 23 at around 5:45 a.m. on December 20.
According to local law enforcement, a collision blocked the southbound side of the highway near Michigan 50 at Exit 17 for Dundee. The accident caused severe delays in the area as the police and firefighters worked to remove the involved vehicles. At least one person sustained injuries in the crash and had to be transported to a local medical facility for treatment. The accident is currently being investigated.
