Warren, MI (December 14, 2023) – A hit-and-run accident reported in the Warren area sent at least one person to a local medical facility, where they underwent treatment for injuries. The crash occurred at around 10:00 a.m. on December 13.

According to Warren County officials, a collision between a gray Impala and a second vehicle occurred on Van Dyke Avenue near Coolidge Road. Authorities confirmed that one of the vehicles went over the center line and crashed into a second vehicle. Emergency medical services responded to the site of the crash to care for injured victims and transport them to area hospitals. Authorities are currently searching for the driver who fled the scene. Investigations are ongoing.
