Summit Twp., MI (December 10, 2023) – A man was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a crash that occurred in Summit Township on Saturday evening. Calls for assistance came in at around 9:30 p.m. on December 9.

According to official reports, a blue sedan and an unknown number of vehicles were involved in a collision on East McDevitt Avenue in the area near Vander Cook Lake. A man involved in the accident was injured. The victim was rushed to an area hospital for emergency medical care. Local news sources state that alcohol may have played a role in this accident. At this time, investigations are underway.
