Car accidents can be incredibly devastating. Unfortunately, tens of thousands of people across our state are injured as a result of vehicle collisions reported on our roadways annually. Far too often, these accidents are preventable. Reckless and negligent drivers continue to be the cause of severe injuries for other motorists nearby. We see many victims hurt in accidents due to drivers who are texting on their phones, switching lanes in a reckless manner, or tailgating other vehicles nearby.
