Redford Township, MI (October 30, 2023) - After a pedestrian was injured by a car on Friday, the Redford Township Police Department is looking for a suspect in a hit-and-run.
On Friday, October 27, at around 6:30 a.m., a 53-year-old pedestrian was hit by a vehicle while crossing southbound Telegraph Road, and the driver did not stop.
The pedestrian was treated at the site and then transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to eyewitnesses, the suspect SUV was either black or a dark color, and may have been a GMC Envoy. The Redford Township Traffic Bureau is looking for additional witnesses in connection with the incident.
