Detroit, MI (October 8, 2023) - On Sunday evening, October 8, at least two vehicles crashed at a busy intersection in the Detroit region, injuring at least one person.
Police were called to the area near 16 Mile Road and Dodge Park just before 8:00 p.m. for a reported collision, which blocked the juncture. Detroit police officers reached out to local emergency medical services and Michigan state police for help with the investigation.
Early reports indicate that a white sedan ran a red light and T-boned a Ram pick-up truck. The truck's driver is currently in the hospital, though their current condition remains unknown.
The DPD is asking anyone with information to come forward and is now leading the inquiry in the interim.
