Wyoming, MI (September 13, 2023) - On Wednesday, a vehicle reportedly collided with a Grand Rapids-area transit bus in Wyoming, injuring two passengers.

The Wyoming Division of Public Safety said that it occurred about 4:25 p.m. Police say a speeding vehicle was traveling through the Kelloggsville High School parking lot before crashing into a Rapid bus on Division Avenue. Wyoming DPS says two persons on the bus had minor injuries.

There were no reported injuries at the high school, though EMTs assessed a few other victims on the scene, per local news footage.

Officials have not released any information on what caused the accident or the total number of victims involved, but their investigation is ongoing in the meantime. Witnesses with additional details on the crash were asked to get in touch with the Wyoming DPS or Wyoming Police Department.
