Detroit, MI (August 6, 2023) - Two vehicles collided in the early afternoon of Sunday, August 6, in Detroit, and police were called to the scene.
According to an incident notification provided by the Michigan Department of Transportation, the collision happened on northbound Interstate 75 at the connection ramp to Interstate 69. DPD officers and Michigan State Police troopers arrived at the scene of the crash at roughly 12:15 p.m. to begin their investigation.
The Detroit Police Department immediately contacted local emergency medical services to aid; however, it is unclear how many people were hurt in the collision.
The investigating DPD officers need to speak with any potential witnesses as soon as possible.
