Detroit, MI (March 21, 2022) - At least one person was hurt in a wreck on March 20 in Detroit. Initial reports reveal that the incident happened at approximately 3:15 p.m.
According to information from officials, the crash occurred in the northbound lanes of I-275 near M-14. The circumstances of the collision have not been reported at this time. Numerous first responders were observed at the scene assisting those involved.
One or more victims were in need of medical care. Those with extensive injuries were treated and transported to area medical centers.
Traffic delays ensued in the vicinity of the crash site while crews worked to secure the scene.
No other details have been reported at this time. Authorities in Mount Pleasant continue to investigate.
