Mt Morris Twp, MI (March 14, 2022) - A head-on wreck in Mt. Morris Township took one life and left another injured on Monday, March 14. The man was headed south on Clio Road in his pickup truck when he drove over the center line and collided with a car headed north near Stanley Road.
The incident happened just before noon, according to police. The woman driving the sedan lost her life at the scene. The pickup truck rolled over and stopped in a ditch where it caught fire. The man was pulled out of the truck before it was engulfed in flames.
The man was rushed to Hurley Medical Center in unknown medical condition on Monday afternoon. Police will continue investigating what caused the crash.
