Detroit, MI (March 12, 2022) - An auto accident occurred on a roadway in Detroit on the morning of March 12. Sources indicate that the crash happened at approximately 3:40 a.m.
Police and paramedics were dispatched to the eastbound lanes of I-96 at Outer Drive, where they assisted injured parties and investigated the circumstances of the wreck. Upon their arrival, they found that at least one person was in need of emergency assistance.
The identities of the involved parties have not been made public at this time as police investigations continue. All lanes of the roadway were closed in order to allow responders to work in the area.
Local motorists were asked by police to use different routes while the scene remained active with officials. Police continue to investigate the details of the accident.
