Orion Twp, MI (March 7, 2022) - A 71-year-old man was reportedly killed when he was struck by a vehicle on the afternoon of March 4. The man may have been confused before he was hit, according to reports.
The accident happened after the man left home around 2:30 p.m. to pick up a pizza. His girlfriend reports that he never came back. Police said the man picked up the pizza and continued walking north, according to information provided by the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities in Orion continue to investigate.
