An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
Our thoughts are with the injured victim and her family at this time. We hope for a full recovery.

Rear-end collisions account for nearly a third of all fatal two-vehicle collisions and nearly a quarter of all car accidents involving injuries. Around 2.5 million rear-end collisions are reported every year, resulting in thousands of deaths and hundreds of thousands of injuries.
