Snowmobiling is a popular sport during the winter months. A modern snowmobile can weigh as much as 600 pounds and is capable of traveling at speeds of over 90 miles per hour. Snowmobile accidents contribute to nearly 200 deaths and 14,000 injuries each year across the United States. Driver inexperience and alcohol are often common factors involved in these types of crashes.
In the United States, car accidents are the leading cause of death and serious injury. More fatal collisions occur each year, according to statistics, and the risk of serious injury in a collision is higher than you might think. Innocent victims may be overwhelmed by this difficult financial and emotional situation. After a serious car accident, it's critical to get the compensation you need, which is why injured parties should speak with a qualified attorney to increase their chances of a successful personal injury claim.
