Ashland Twp, MI - Roadway Closed due to Accident on Mason Dr near 96th St & 104th St

Ashland Twp, MI (December 3, 2021) - A serious auto accident happened on a roadway in Ashland Township at approximately 9:00 p.m. on December 3. The incident was reported to local officials at around 9:00 p.m. 

Sources indicate that the wreck occurred on Mason Drive between 96th Street and 104th Street when an unspecified number of vehicles were involved in a collision. The crash caused the roadway to close while responders worked at the scene. 

Emergency medical technicians were observed on-site in order to assist injured parties. However, at this time, the total number of injured victims has not been reported. 

Traffic was delayed in the area for an extended period of time while local officials and paramedics worked to secure the area. Local motorists were asked to find different travel routes for the time being.
