Hanover Township, MI (November 23, 2021) - An auto accident happened at an intersection in Hanover Township on the morning of Monday, November 22. Reports indicate that the collision occurred on Moscow Road near Buckman Road when two vehicles were involved in a t-bone crash.
Information from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office states that two people sustained injuries in the accident. Authorities said a Litchfield man, aged 65, was headed west on Buckman Road at Moscow when he proceeded into the intersection.
While the man was driving his SUV through the intersection, a Ford truck headed north collided with the Litchfield man. The SUV’s driver was critically injured in the accident, according to police.
A passenger present in the vehicle at the time suffered injuries deemed non-life-threatening. The truck’s driver was not injured, sources said.
