Detroit, MI (March 22, 2025) - An early afternoon crash on March 21 caused traffic disruptions and left at least one person hurt in Detroit. The collision took place around 1:10 p.m. on the westbound side of Interstate 94 near Outer Drive, blocking multiple lanes and prompting a response from local emergency crews.
According to reports, the center lane, right lane, and right shoulder were all blocked as a result of the crash. First responders quickly arrived on scene to assist those involved. At least one person was confirmed to have suffered injuries and was treated by paramedics before being transported to a nearby hospital for additional care. Traffic delays stretched along the interstate as crews worked to clear the scene and investigate the cause of the crash. Authorities have not yet released further information about the number of vehicles involved or the condition of the injured individual. The crash remains under investigation.
