Flint, MI – Injuries Reported in Crash on I-75 near W Maple Ave

Flint, MI (December 18, 2024) – An unknown number of people were transported to local hospitals with injuries following a car crash that occurred in Flint. The police, firefighters, and paramedics were all informed of the collision at around 4:20 p.m. on December 17.

Reports from 911 dispatchers in Genesee County indicate that vehicles collided on Interstate 75. The incident blocked several southbound lanes of the roadway near West Maple Avenue. Responding to the crash, police and fire crews worked quickly to remove vehicles from the roadway. Emergency medical personnel provided initial care to victims at the scene before transporting them to hospitals. The incident is under investigation.
