Saginaw, MI (December 3, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported near the Birch Park Apartments claimed the lives of two people. The incident took place at around 3:50 a.m. on December 1.
According to authorities, a collision involving a 2018 Dodge Durango occurred on Hess Avenue near Birch Park Drive. The vehicle became engulfed in flames immediately following the accident. Two women, who were both 24, were ejected from the vehicle. A 24-year-old man was trapped in the vehicle. Authorities arrived at the scene and pronounced one of the women deceased from their injuries. The second woman was rushed to an area hospital, where she was admitted in critical condition. The man involved in the accident was also pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
