Detroit, MI (December 2, 2024) – A hit-and-run accident reported in the Detroit area on Sunday morning sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. The Detroit Police Department was summoned to the scene at around 11:10 a.m. on December 1.
Local news sources reported that a vehicle collision occurred in the 6400 block of Floyd Street. At least one vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene. Responding to the accident, police and fire crews shut down part of the road to remove debris and aid victims. Paramedics treated one injured individual on-site and transported them to a local hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
