Burton, MI – Vehicle Collision on S Belsay Rd near Lapeer Rd

Burton, MI (October 13, 2024) – On October 12, emergency crews in Burton were notified that they were needed to provide help at the scene of a car crash that occurred during the morning hours.

Just before 6:10 a.m., vehicles collided on South Belsay Road near Lapeer Road. The incident prompted police and firefighters to respond. Firefighters helped remove the vehicles as police shut down the road at the scene of the crash. Medical personnel treated the injured on-site, while EMS transported those needing more care to nearby hospitals. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
