Kentwood, MI – Shaffer Ave Crash Reported near 36th St Ends in Injuries

Kentwood, MI (September 12, 2024) – At least one person was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a car crash that occurred at around 8:05 a.m. on September 11.

Law enforcement reports show that a motor vehicle accident occurred on Shaffer Avenue just south of the intersection with 36^th Street. EMS responded to the scene, administering initial treatment to the injured before transferring them to a nearby hospital for further care. Police and firefighters remained at the scene extensively while cleaning the road. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
