Plymouth Twp., MI – Auto Wreck Reported on M-14 near I-275

Plymouth Township, MI (September 3, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported at around 6:45 a.m. on September 3 sent at least one person in Plymouth Township to a local hospital with injuries.

Police reports show that the westbound side of Michigan 14 Highway was blocked after Interstate 275 as a result of a vehicle collision. The involved vehicles came to rest, blocking the two right lanes of the road. The incident prompted officials to close down the roadway as they provided assistance in the removal of the damaged vehicles. Emergency medical services provided necessary treatment to the injured victims and subsequently transported them to local hospitals for additional care. Currently, an investigation is being conducted to determine the circumstances of the crash.
