Comstock Park, MI (August 29, 2024) – On August 28, emergency officials were notified that they were needed at the scene of a car crash that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries.
At around 8:05 a.m., Alpine Avenue Northwest was blocked just north of 4 Mile Road Northwest as a result of the vehicle collision. The incident prompted officials to close off the roadway as they worked to remove the involved vehicles from the left shoulder, left lane, center lane, and right shoulder of the road. Significant delays were reported in the area. Medical personnel responded to the scene to care for injured parties. Individuals requiring additional medical care were moved to local hospitals with the help of ambulance services. The crash is currently under investigation.
