Montrose, MI (August 14, 2024) – At around 7:20 p.m. on August 13, police, firefighters, and emergency medical services were all requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Montrose area.
Reports from local law enforcement show that Washington Street was blocked near East State Street as a result of a motor vehicle collision. Emergency crews arrived on-site and immediately closed off a portion of the roadway while assisting. Paramedics assessed the victims involved in the accident. Those who required further medical care were transported to area hospitals. The accident is currently being investigated.
