Victor Twp., MI – Man Killed in Farming Accident on E Chadwick Rd

Victor Twp., MI (July 18, 2024) – Authorities have confirmed that one man lost his life as a result of a fatal workplace accident that occurred in Clinton County on Tuesday evening, July 16. The Clinton County Sheriff’s office was called to the scene at around 415 p.m.

Official reports indicate that a 62-year-old man was working on a Bobcat skid steer at a location in the 9000 block of East Chadwick Road. For unknown reasons, the man became pinned under the load bucket of the machine. The victim sustained fatal injuries as a result of the accident. He was pronounced deceased by authorities. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
