As per official reports, there were 3.7 fatalities per 100,000 full-time workers in the United States in 2021. Unfortunately, tens of thousands of workers sustain injuries on the job each year in our nation. Many of these incidents stem from negligent and reckless behaviors. Insufficient training, lack of proper safety equipment, and incorrect storage practices can lead to catastrophic accidents, resulting in severe injuries to those involved.
Workplace accidents often lead to head trauma, fractures, internal organ damage, and spinal cord injuries. Any significant injury can be emotionally overwhelming and necessitate extensive medical care. Regrettably, the high expenses of medical treatment frequently leave victims facing challenges in moving forward. The financial burden, combined with the physical and emotional toll, can create a daunting situation for injured workers and their families.
