Every day in Michigan, motor vehicle accidents occur, leading to significant injuries that often require immediate medical attention. Many individuals end up hospitalized due to brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and broken bones resulting from these accidents. Regrettably, over 80% of reported vehicle collisions statewide involve some form of negligence. Common causes of auto collisions across our state include distracted driving, failure to yield right-of-way, speeding, improper lane changes, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
