Flint, MI – Auto Accident with Injuries Reported on E 5th St

Flint, MI (July 3, 2024) – Authorities were informed that their assistance was needed on-site at a motor vehicle accident in Flint that sent at least one person to an area hospital with injuries. The crash took place at around 12:05 p.m. on July 2.

Police reports indicate an unknown number of vehicles collided on East 5th Street. The incident blocked the 200 block of the roadway near the Flint City Police Department station. Victims injured at the accident scene were given medical attention while at the scene. Individuals needing extra medical care were transported by EMS to nearby hospitals. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
