Ypsilanti, MI (June 7, 2024) – A 64-year-old man lost his life following a bicycle accident that occurred on Monday, June 3. The collision took place at around 5:00 p.m.
Reports show that a man was on his bicycle crossing the roadway at a crosswalk at Dorset Avenue and US Highway 12. For reasons unknown, he was struck by a vehicle, which was traveling eastbound on the roadway. The bicyclist was severely hurt in the crash.
