Saginaw, MI (May 21, 2024) – A fatal accident reported in the Saginaw area claimed one man’s life on Sunday, May 19. The police and firefighters in Saginaw Township were called to the scene at around 2:15 a.m.
Official reports show that a 28-year-old man was walking near the ramp for Interstate 675 just 500 feet south of Tittabawassee Road. As the man proceeded through the area, he was struck by a 2009 Infiniti SUV. The pedestrian was severely hurt as a result of the crash. Emergency medical services responded to the scene to care for the victim. However, he died from his injuries. No other injuries were reported. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
