Hillsdale, MI – Driver Killed in Fatal M-99 Crash near Industrial Dr

Hillsdale, MI (May 2, 2024) – The Hillsdale City Police Department confirmed that one person died as a result of a fatal crash that occurred on Monday, April 29.

According to official reports, a tow truck and one additional vehicle collided on Michigan 99, West Carleton Road. Authorities arrived at the scene and immediately closed off the roadway near Industrial Drive. One person involved in the accident, only identified as a driver of one of the involved vehicles, was pronounced deceased as a result of their injuries. The number of injured victims is not known at this time. The collision is being investigated by the police.
