Flint, MI (May 2, 2024) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Flint area on Wednesday, May 1.

At around 4:10 p.m., vehicles collided on South Saginaw Street in Flint. The Flint Police Department and Flint Fire Department personnel responded to the scene of the crash and immediately closed down a portion of the roadway near East Atherton Road. Emergency officials worked to remove the involved vehicles from the scene. Injuries were reported as a result of this crash. At least one person was transported to an area hospital for emergency medical treatment. The accident is under investigation.
