Bridgeport, MI (April 22, 2024) – A bicyclist was transported to an area hospital following a car accident in Michigan yesterday, April 21. At around 4:30 p.m., the Bridgeport Police Department and firefighters assisted MMR at the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Dixie Highway.
Reports show that a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle in the 5900 block of the roadway. The involved vehicles fled the scene without stopping. MMR rushed to the scene to care for the injured victim and transport them to a local hospital. At this time, law enforcement is investigating the incident.
