Antrim Co., MI – Woman Killed in Head-On Crash on US-131

Antrim Co., MI (March 23, 2024) – A woman lost her life as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday morning in Antrim County. The Sheriff’s office was called to the scene of the accident at around 7:40 a.m. on March 19.

According to official reports, a head-on collision between a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan and a 2019 Subaru Outback occurred on US Highway 131, just south of Dead Man Hill Road. Emergency officials across Warner Township responded to provide help. One person involved in the accident, identified as a 59-year-old woman, was fatally injured. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. A 70-year-old woman involved in the accident was injured. The victim was transported to Otsego Memorial Hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
