Detroit, MI – Car Crash on I-75 near McNichols Rd Ends in Injuries

Detroit, MI (March 6, 2024) – The Michigan State Police and firefighters out of Detroit were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday afternoon and ended in injuries. At approximately 3:45 p.m. on March 5, a motor vehicle accident occurred on the northbound side of Interstate 75.

Authorities arrived at the scene and located involved vehicles blocking the left lane of the road and left shoulder of the roadway near McNichols Road. Emergency officials immediately secured the road to prevent further damage or injuries. Both of the vehicles were removed from the scene of the accident. Medical personnel tended to the injured victims while on site before transporting them to area hospitals. The circumstances surrounding the collision are being investigated by law enforcement.
