Grand Blanc Twp., MI – Driver Hurt in Crash on E Grand Blanc Rd

Grand Blanc Twp., MI (March 2, 2024) – A driver was rushed to an area hospital with serious injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Friday morning, March 1. The police and firefighters were called to the scene of the accident at around 6:00 a.m.

Reports provided by local news sources indicate that a white sedan and an unknown number of vehicles collided in the 1100 block of East Grand Blanc Road. Reports provided by the Grand Blanc Township Police Department indicate that a Pontiac Grand Prix was attempting to make a left turn from Thornridge Drive onto Grand Blanc Road at the Thornridge Apartments when it was struck by a Chevrolet Malibu. A driver involved in the accident was seriously injured in the crash. The victim was transported to Hurley Medical Center for emergency treatment. The second driver involved in the accident suffered minor injuries and was transported to Ascension Genesys Hospital for emergency treatment. The incident is under investigation by authorities.
