Flint, MI (February 28, 2024) – The police and firefighters out of Flint were called to the scene of an automobile accident on Tuesday evening that ended in injuries. The accident was reported to 911 dispatchers in Genesee County at approximately 5:30 p.m. on February 27.

Police reports indicate that a collision occurred on Richfield Road. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and located the damaged vehicles on the roadway just south of North Averill Avenue. Delays were reported throughout the area as police and firefighters worked to remove the involved vehicles from the scene. Emergency officials remained on site extensively while assisting. Emergency medical services were summoned to the crash site to care for injured victims and transport those in need of further care to local hospitals. The police department in Flint is currently investigating.
