Saginaw, MI (February 16, 2024) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Thursday morning, February 15. The Saginaw Police Department, Saginaw Fire Department, and MMR were all called to the scene at around 10:00 a.m.
Official reports provided by SPD indicate that a collision occurred on Weadock Avenue near Lapeer Avenue. The impact of the crash caused one of the vehicles to go off the roadway and strike a pole. Injuries were confirmed in the crash. Medical personnel responded to the scene to care for injured victims. Those who required further medical care were transported to local hospitals. The incident is under investigation.
