Wayne, MI – Accident with Injuries Reported on I-75 near Warren Ave

Wayne, MI (February 10, 2024) – The Michigan Department of Transportation reported that a motor vehicle accident took place in Wayne County during the evening hours on Friday, February 9. The state police and local firefighters were called to the scene of the incident at around 4:30 p.m.

According to law enforcement, vehicles collided on the southbound side of Interstate 75. The incident prompted authorities to close down the roadway near Warren Avenue. Medical personnel responded to the crash site to care for the injured victims. Those who required further medical attention were transported to local hospitals. The police department is currently investigating the incident.
